How do I sign up for Stars and Stripes Digital Access on my Android tablet?
Begin by purchasing a subscription through stripes.com. Download the Stars and Stripes News app for Android. The Account section can be found under Settings on the app's main Menu. From there you may log-in with your Digital Access account..
I get home delivery of the newspaper. Can I also read articles on Stripes.com with my subscription?
Stars and Stripes print subscription includes free Unlimited Digital Access to Stripes.com. To activate your Digital Access account, please contact Customer Service.
How do I renew my Digital Access subscription?
All Digital Access subscription are auto-renewing. You will need an active credit card on file for your subscription to renew. You can update your credit card by contacting Customer Service.
How can I subscribe to Digital Access?
To subscribe to Digital Access, go to Stripes.com. The standard price for an annual subscription is $49.99. We also offer an introductory 4 week free trial with monthly billing of $4.99 after your trial ends. A Digital Access subscription will give you unlimited access to Stars and Stripes’ uniquely independent content.
How do I update my Digital Access account?
To update your Digital Access account, select the Log in link in the top right of the home page on Stripes.com. You will need to login with your current email address and password to view your account settings. On the My Account page you can update your profile information, your payment information and view your current subscription(s).
Who is Pelcro?
Pelcro is an online subscription service that Stars and Stripes uses to manage your Digital Access subscriptions. Please note: because Pelcro is based in Canada, some users may be charged a foreign transaction fee by their credit card provider.
I have renewed my newspaper subscription but my Digital Access has expired. How can I renew my Digital Access?
If you are a paid newspaper subscriber and have registered for Digital Access, you should be able to log in to your Pelcro account for unlimited access both to Stripes.com and the Stars and Stripes News apps. You can log in by clicking "Login" at the top right of the Stripes.com homepage.
If you are not able to sign in on Stripes.com, please request a password reset from the Login popup. Please contact us if this fails to resolve the issue.

Does Stars and Stripes offer smartphone apps?
Yes, on both Apple and Android devices. Stars and Stripes offers universal tablet and phone news apps that are free to download and are part of our Digital Access subscription.
What is the cost to subscribe to your mobile apps?
Access to the Stars and Stripes News apps is part of the Stars and Stripes Digital Access subscription. To subscribe to Digital Access, go to Stripes.com. My iPad app keeps saying my subscription cannot be verified. Can you please confirm my subscription?
It’s possible your previous subscription has ended. You can check the status of your in-app purchased subscription by visiting Apple’s website. If your subscription has ended, you will need to purchase a new Digital Access subscription, which provides unlimited access to the Stars and Stripes News app and Stripes.com for the same price that you were paying previously for access to the app only.

How do I sign up for your email newsletters?
Our email newsletters give you a quick synopsis of the news — and cost nothing to sign-up. Our newsletters include Daily Headlines, Weekly Update, Stripes Opinion, Veterans News, Military History, Stripes Pacific and Stripes Europe.
Can you email me a PDF version of Stars and Stripes?
Because of the size of the PDF versions of our newspaper editions, we do not email them. Daily editions of our ePaper are available Monday through Thursday. A combined Weekend Edition for Europe and Pacific is published on Fridays, and a Middle East-only edition is posted Friday through Sunday.
